Candidates who wish to be considered MUST have a substantial background in sales & marketing platforms/technologies, as well as strong & recent experience with cloud based telephony and data warehousing.

Qualifications:

  • RECENT & FIRST HAND experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • RECENT & FIRST HAND experience with Hubspot AND/OR Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • RECENT & FIRST HAND experience with telephony platforms Call Tracking Metrics AND/OR Five9
  • RECENT & FIRST HAND experience building & maintaining data warehouses with millions of unique records.
  • Experience with Google Suite (G Suite) products, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat, Vault, Admin, etc.
  • Experience managing Windows computer systems including Windows 7, Windows 10 & Windows 11
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in IT function with oversight of budgets, services, and internal/external resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field required
  • Excellent presentation, leadership, and team management skills.
  • This position is IN-HOUSE with travel as necessary, requiring the ability to travel by air and/or car to meet business needs, approximately 5% or less

Responsibilities:

  • Supercharge the (in-house) IT support desk by delivering lightning-fast and seamless solutions to employee's challenges.
  • Conquer technological hurdles by joining forces with department leaders and crafting simple but innovative solutions to overcome any obstacle.
  • Take on the role of a project management superhero and quickly prioritize projects to align with the vision of leadership and meet the needs of your company!
  • Take the lead in crafting a cutting-edge data warehouse! Design real-time reports and dashboards that showcase the company's most critical KPIs.
  • Ensure top-notch uptime, usability, and reliability for all stakeholders as you masterfully maintain both in-house and cloud-based systems!
  • Create key performance metrics to track success and seize opportunities for optimization! Drive progress with each iteration and measure your impact.
  • Construct & uphold technology roadmaps and plans that seamlessly integrate into the broader enterprise vision! Shape the future and drive progress.
  • Lead a team of tech ninjas and cultivate a dynamic work environment that inspires personal investment, nurtures collaboration, and drives excellence! Foster a shared vision, promote growth opportunities, and facilitate teamwork as you lead your department to success.
  • Manage communication and projects between the company and its external service providers! Be the driving force behind seamless collaboration.
  • Implement cybersecurity, reliability, and disaster recovery solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of the company! Lead the charge in protecting the organization and its assets.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors and other third-parties.

Hourly compensation will be based upon experience; health benefits and 401k available after 90 days; accrued paid time off; paid holidays.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, with some flexibility. Please submit your resume and compensation requirements.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
